* In case of emergency, the costumer has the right in rescheduling the session once and 48 hours before the session according to the times schedule for the photographer. After that , the photographer has the right to cancel the session without returning the fees.

* The deposit is not refundable.

* The photos and the albums are printed in women’s press.

* Photo delivery time within two and half months.

* If the photographer cancelled the session , another appointment will be scheduled if possible. In case, the photographer couldn’t present another appointment, the fees will be refunded.

* The photos will be worked on after receiving the fees.
